With PepperNutz's small-batch hot sauce co-packing program, we can custom craft small-batch creations with just about any type of sauce recipe you have (e.g. hot sauces, barbecue sauces, wing sauces, etc.). Since our program inception we have been in partnership with the nations leading top-quality co-packing facility to craft all of our sauces in their regulated facility. Our program provides recipe enhancement assistance to prepare for large-scale production and safety and stability testing (e.g. nutrition analysis, shelf stability, scheduled process certifications). We can also provide resources if you wish to establish those on your own.
We source top quality fresh ingredients to support all of our production projects and work with you to customize your bottling needs. Once cooking is finalized with either hot or cold bottle filling processes, we apply the heat-shrink safety seals and custom designed labels (whether designed and printed by our team or yours), and stamp lot-codes on the bottles. If needed we can also stamp "best-by" or "sell-by" dates on the bottles. We then pack the orders and ship them to you all ready to hit the shelves.

Depending on your distribution and fulfillment needs, we will ship your finished products where ever you need them to go. This may include our standard 12-pack corrugated boxes, case-stacked pallets, or industrial totes.
